Audit Deliverable and Roadmap

The audit deliverable is a structured document that presents findings by priority, with specific recommendations and an indicative implementation roadmap. We present the audit findings in a working session with your team, ensuring that the recommendations are understood and that the prioritisation reflects your commercial constraints and objectives.
