Commercial Philosophy

A Partnership Model Built on Alignment

We do not compete on price. We compete on the quality of our execution and the results we deliver. Our commercial model is designed to reflect that.

Why we structure our fees the way we do

The most common commercial model in performance marketing — a percentage of advertising spend — creates a structural misalignment between agency and client. An agency paid on spend has an incentive to increase spend, regardless of whether that spend is generating proportionate return. We do not use this model as our primary structure.

Our model is built on a base fee that reflects the resources we deploy, combined with a performance component that rewards growth. This structure means our interests are aligned with yours: we benefit when you grow, and we are accountable when you do not.

We do not publish rate cards or pricing tables. Commercial terms are discussed directly, because the right structure depends on the scope of the engagement, the complexity of your business, and the resources required to deliver at the standard we maintain. We will always be transparent about how our fees are structured and what you are paying for.

"We are not the right agency for every brand. We are the right agency for brands that are serious about sustainable, profitable growth and want a partner who is accountable for delivering it."

How Our Model Works

The components of our commercial structure

01

Base Management Fee

A fixed monthly retainer that covers the core team, account management infrastructure, and the ongoing operational work required to manage your account at a consistent standard. This fee reflects the resources deployed to your account, not a percentage of your advertising spend. We do not use spend-based fee structures as a primary model because they create misaligned incentives.

02

Performance-Based Scaling Component

A variable component that is tied to growth delivered above agreed performance thresholds. This is structured as a percentage of incremental revenue or a performance bonus above a defined baseline, agreed with you at the outset of the engagement. This component ensures that as your business grows, our commercial relationship reflects the value we are delivering.

03

Project-Based Creative Pricing

Creative work — A+ Content creation, Brand Store development, listing optimisation projects, and marketplace audits — is priced on a fixed-fee, project basis. This provides cost certainty and ensures that creative investment is scoped, approved, and delivered to a defined brief. Creative projects are quoted separately from ongoing management retainers.

04

Portfolio Structures for Multi-Brand Clients

Distributors and brand owners managing multiple brands benefit from portfolio commercial structures that provide economies of scale without compromising delivery quality. Portfolio engagements are structured to ensure each brand receives appropriate resource allocation, with shared infrastructure where it makes commercial sense.

Our Principles

What we will not do

We will not take on clients we cannot serve well.

We work with a limited number of clients at any given time. If we do not have the capacity to deliver at our standard, we will say so.

We will not use junior staff on senior accounts.

Every account is managed by experienced practitioners. We do not use your account as a training ground.

We will not optimise for vanity metrics.

Low ACOS at the expense of revenue growth is not a success. We optimise for the metrics that matter to your business.

We will not hide behind complexity.

If something is not working, we will tell you. If we made a mistake, we will own it. Transparency is not optional.

Resource-Backed Delivery

Our fees are directly tied to the senior resources we deploy to manage your business. You will always know who is working on your account, what they are responsible for, and how their work is being measured.

We do not outsource delivery. We do not use offshore teams for account management. The people you speak to are the people doing the work.
